At times we are forced to auction the contents of a storage unit due to abandonment or default in payment.

When we have an auction scheduled, we will place the information below.

Please note, the tenant has the right to cure their default up until the moment of sale.

This means that not all scheduled auctions will take place.

All purchases done at an auction must be done by cash or credit card at the time of the sale.
