What Is Being Added at the Woodland Location?
The Woodland expansion is planned to add 70+ new Standard Storage units at N6434 State Highway 57 in Plymouth. The additional space is intended to give local customers more choices for household belongings, approved business inventory, seasonal equipment, and appropriately sized vehicles.
The new building is expected to include 10×20, 12×20, and 10×25 units. Units offer electricity through an individual breaker for a monthly fee. Availability and permitted use vary, so our team will help each customer confirm the specific unit, features, and measurements before renting.
We are currently planning a new, separate climate-controlled building for Q1 of 2027. That project has a different schedule from the current expansion. Join the update list if you want information about either phase.

More Space for the Situation You Are Managing
Create Room for Your Business
Inventory, records, tools and seasonal equipment can quickly crowd a customer-facing or production space. An appropriate storage unit may help a local business organize approved items without taking on a larger commercial workspace. Storage is not a substitute for office, retail or production space, and all uses must follow the rental agreement.
Storage for you Car, RV, or Trailer
The right storage option depends on the complete dimensions of the vehicle and the actual unit opening. Measure the length, width and height of your car, boat, camper, trailer or other equipment, including mirrors, hitch, motor, covers and accessories. Then confirm the unit interior, door clearance and maneuvering room with our team.
Make a Move or Family Transition Easier
Moving, downsizing or helping a family member relocate can create more decisions than one room can hold. Temporary storage can provide breathing room while you decide what needs to move now, what should remain accessible and what can be reviewed later.
Reclaim Space at Home
When boxes, furniture or seasonal belongings take over the garage, basement or guest room, storage can help make that space useful again. A Woodland unit may provide temporary room during a renovation or move, or longer-term space for belongings you do not need every day.
Features and Amenities
Woodland Storage Features Designed for Practical Use
Gated Tenant Access
Controlled gated entry helps manage access to the property. Tenant access is available [APPROVED ACCESS HOURS]. Office service and scheduled appointments may follow separate hours.
LED Site Lighting
LED lighting supports visibility around the facility during lower-light access periods. Lighting conditions vary by area, so contact the team if you have questions about a specific building or route.
Motion Activated Lighting
Walk into the unit and the interior lights activate automatically. That means fewer moments spent searching for a switch while carrying boxes, equipment or supplies.
Optional Electricity in Eligible Units
Select Woodland units may offer electricity through an individual breaker for [APPROVED ELECTRICAL PRICE] per month. Availability is limited, and electrical use must follow the rental agreement. Ask our team whether an eligible unit fits your intended use.
Woodland RV Care Center
Woodland is home to the RV Care Center, which serves as a tenant amenity. Verified amenities include a sanitary waste station, air hose, wash station, and potable and non-potable water. The RV Care Center is free for In-N-Out Storage tenants. Confirm current rules and availability before planning your visit.
Unit Size Guidance
What Size Storage Unit Might You Need?
Start with what you need to store, not simply the largest available unit. Create an inventory, measure the biggest items and leave room to reach anything you may need before moving out.
• Overall length
• Total height
• Width at widest point
• Door width & height
• Hitch, motor & accessory clearance
• Turning & maneuvering room
• Space required to enter, exit, or reach stored items
For Household Belongings
List large furniture, appliances, and the number of rooms involved. If the unit will support a move or renovation, identify which boxes must remain accessible and, when possible, create a center aisle.
For Business Inventory
Estimate the footprint of shelving, containers, or equipment and allow working clearance without using the unit as an active workspace. Confirm that the intended items and use are permitted.
For Vehicles & Recreation Equipment
Measure the complete stored setup. Include mirrors, hitches, motors, racks, covers, and trailer components. Confirm the actual unit and door measurements before signing an agreement.
